I am in need of replacement window balances- current matching balance has a metal track that is 21" long and 1/2" wide, though sash has a side channel 5/8" wide. screws that hold the 2 handles together have snapped need the the piece that the screws screw into and the 2 screws and extenders piece amounts in the handle held in with 4 screws

Milgard double hung tilting windows. Purchased in 1999. The part that slides in channel is broken on ne side of upper sash. Milgard gave me a replacement part number of im0551mi. I can't find part. I've added photos. Do you have replacement?
