Do you sell just the "pull" part ? The thin part that goes on the outside of the door - thank you !

I'm looking to replace the operators on casement windows. The only identifier that I see is it says ROTO on the operator cover. last year I replaced the 2 bar hinge set. My metal piece (U-channel) that holds the spring is exactly 32" long. The width of the channel is 1/2". The legs of the channel are also 1/2" The locking shoe has this stamped on it (hard to read, this is my best guess) PAT 0 4810108. I need all components for each side of two windows. Window ... Two of our tilt windows broke around the pivot lock shoe. Tried getting 4 new quick tilts for 15lb windows, but they were a totally different size. What parts should we order?

These pivot pins, shoes, or whatever are from a double hung window. Possibly 1950's? but maybe newer?

I believe I need to replace window channel balances. Pics provided. 29" long, has marking "28 9 98# CK Caldwell".
