Hello,This spiral window balance does not have any identifying numbers, the plastic tip is blue, and it measures 17-1/4 in length and 1/2 inch wide. I've had these windows for many years and now they are are starting to need repair . The top bracket has come off the frame and the window cannot be opened or it will wall out.

In the attached three pictures, the spring balancer on top in the pictures is the one I need to purchase. The bottom one was from another window. Metal channel: 26.5" No stamp Milgard window made around 2003 No printed word on the channel 2 balancers needed

Hi, I'd like to replace the hinges, operator and crank on my windows. Could you help recommend what parts I should order. I'd like to replace the current parts with something a bit more heavy duty to resist wind and use.

Any idea how to remove pivot bar pins? They don't have a screw, just held with these pins that are very malleable. I'm stumped.
