Hi there! I'm looking for the cover that slips over the metal piece to lock a window lever of a 5 year old Pella casement window. Does your 38-208 fit the bill? Attached is a photo of the full assembly, but mine just has the metal piece and no plastic cover.

I am in this house, built in 1989, where most of the windows do not stay open. I worked out how to tilt the sashes out (press in the vinyl and tug on the corner). The one I removed has both the lower and upper sashes stamped on the side with "NAMCO 224 278157 36x24 WHITE LOW-F". The balancers in the ... (cont.)

One balance is marked 26A, there appears to be a trademark stamp and after the mark is jc......the next one is 32Acj the trademark stamp then H ...the 26A is 26" long and the 32A is 32 " long, both are 1/2" wide and 1/2" high.

Simonton double hung windows. 2 of them have problems with the bottom sash not staying open. For one, the top sash falls down as soon as it's unlocked. The shoe in the photo is broken; I assume this is the same for the others. Unfortunately there are no part numbers marked.
