Simonton double hung windows. 2 of them have problems with the bottom sash not staying open. For one, the top sash falls down as soon as it's unlocked. The shoe in the photo is broken; I assume this is the same for the others. Unfortunately there are no part numbers marked.

The plastic knob on the end of long arm (9.5 inches), broke off so it doesn't stay in the track. The crank mechanism works. Do I have to buy the entire mechanism? Is entry guard compatible with Semco? Thanks!

The stamped numbers are close to a few that I looked through L30841 LH30470 But measurements don't match

Looking for part numbers for parts photos attached. The cam is 1.25" Wide, 0.5" thick. The spring is stamped with "30B" and has a single screw hole at the top. The brackets and arms that hold the window in its frame have broken. The window can no longer be opened without the window falling out.
