Hello, I have determine we need a 30-015 to match some awning arms/cranks for a window. Additionally, there is one window where the parts work fine, but the handle is missing. In your part 30-015 it has a different handle than what is on our part. Although the actual arms appear to be the same. ... (cont.)

We need 8 balances and four sets of locks right and left hand for replacement windows. The balances are 28 inches long.

Left and right tilt latches, pivot shoe, and latch that keeps bottom sash from being opened up fully.

Cannot find window brand on any of our tilt windows. These broken pins are from the lower corners of the bottom sash. Numbers: L1567-2; R1568-2

Putting windows back in place after removal?Need advice on installing window sash balance pin back into the pivot shoe ,how do you keep shoe in place so you can align with sash ?Thank you ,Ken

Hoping you can help identify this latch, or point me in the right direction for an alternative. If it helps, it is from an early (est) 1970s aluminum single pane window that would appear to use your 390 block and tackle balance, and the 18-009 top sash guide. Thanks.

31 inch 368-64 part no. 10663064 for a 28 lbs. Lower Window sash that tilts out. Also a 35 inch 368-72 part no. 10663072 for a 32 lbs. Lower Window sash that tilts out.

These are not the same as the metal milgard replacements that they offer. The screw holes are actually smaller at 5.5 inches. I also attached a photo of the Milgard sticker on the door that shows the model.

The part that holds the window screen in the window frame needs replacing because they are disintegrating (aka falling apart ). So I need to replace this part in all my windows. I need two dozen of them. Please identify and let me know where I can get this OEM unique piece.

The Window doesnt stay up, I believe I need to replace these spiral springs. The tube measures 29" and 3/8' diameter. The brand is Croft and they were installed in 1996
