HI,Not sure how old these windows are but both sash are broke. I had purchased 90-300 which looks very similar but the piece that goes between frame is too wide. Looking for coil balance replacements for my NAPCO window. I had some spares which I purchased from you several years ago. I tried them but they do not hold this particular sash up. This sash weighs 15lbs. Looking for the correct ones.

Hi, I'm trying to get replacement window cranks for my bow window. Not sure how old the windows are, maybe 10 years or so. The only numbers I could find are inside of handle. Hard to read. I can make out 1520. Maybe p06 before it. Hope this helps. Thank you.
