I have 2 broken sash balances on the lower sash of my old Marvin Casemaster 32 x 24 double hung window and need to replace both pieces. The part should be the Series S 751 - 25 Channel Balance. It measures 25" long, 9/16" wide and weighs 18lbs on a bathroom scale. The stamp on the side says - ... (cont.)

Have a sun room with 6 aluminum sliding doors that need all the wheels replaced. Looks like you may have something close.

Is there a left side sliding door handle set available? This looks like a great replacement for our right side sliding door, but I also need a similar set for the matching door that slides left, also. Wanting to change my sliding glass door to key lock assembly unless I'm doing something wrong I measured 4and 1/8 inches do I need to take the handle off to measure the holes I do have a Guardian door ??

From all the details it looks like I need a 28" Series 395 Channel Balance. Can you confirm looking at these photos? The metal measured 28" exact. Thanks!

Hello, our storm door from Sears needs a new latch/handle for inside and out., in black. The numbers I show above are on a sticker on the door. The door is 1 1/4" thick. It has 3 screw holes. This is from an Anderson left opening window. The Window has 1 lock, which locks the window in 3 spots. The arm to lock the window cracked.

Latch has PAT #:6.264.252, PAT #:5.820.170, Yellow Sticker QC-PASS 2777-00 Made in Taiwan. Face Plate has no numbers, it measures 12 1/2 top to bottom, top latch hole to bottom latch hole is 8in. Need replacement. It's a pocket door slider

I have 5 of these composite double hung window that are broke. Window size is 28 by50. Tryed to take that shoe out but I don't think it'll come out without breaking the window channel. I'd really appreciate any input. Thanks
