I called Swisco and the service tech said I needed to send pictures of my Channel balances that are stamped 3375. Please get back to me with a quote for a pair of channels. Pictures attached.

It's a Paradigm Windows Solutions 8300 series two panel door. It was installed last year with a non-keyed handle with a standard inside lock. I'm trying to find a compatible keyed lock handle to be able to lock/unlock from the outside.Thanks!Brian

Do you sell a replacement screen clip like this ( attached photo)?The window mfr is Peechtree.They are made of plastic and about 25 years old. It swings over like a lever into an offset slot.
