Hello, I recently purchased part # 39-032. I need the bracket to attach to the window. I accidentally threw it away.

My windows are Alside windows and are only 15 years old. The window will only open 3 inches and then is completely stuck. Looking for a new coil part that will fix it and directions on how to fix it please and thank you.

I'm looking for replacement balances. Metal Channel is 26.5" long. Metal Channel Width is 1/2" Marking says 26 4 B.S.I. NL

overall length with fittings is 22" - stamps is 2010 RN BSI TF - Viking window 2008 - hook and roller at lower fitting 17 windows total, all are failing - balance does not remain attached to sash, extends above sash even when diligently reset

Attached are 3 pictures of a part that broke in my window. Marked as a 3540 but I believe the window was too heavy for the 3540 as it weigh 33.2 lbs. could need a 3550? I am looking for a replacement flange for a Pella Window (P/N SXC 0206???) The windows are 48" x 48" casement windows. Some are fixed and some are hinged, but the mounting flange appears to be the same. The flange measures approximately 1 5/8" x 1/4" and about 1/32" thickness.Thanks,Bill ... (cont.)

I am looking for the replacement tilt latches for my window. I am not sure of the brand window. Both sides are broken. Attached are pictures with some dimensions.

Have 24 yr old Milgard Awning windows. The pin on the casement SS bar to which the arm from the window panel SS bar attaches to has rusted and broken off. The number stamped on the arm is 31171, which may be a part #. Do you have replacement parts or sets with both bars and arm.-Richard ... (cont.)
