I have an awning style casement window that i need a new operator for, as the retaining nut will not thread back onto the operator. I believe it is a K&K window, but cant be sure. Hello- We need to find a replacement part for our Bonneville window because the one we have (not in the pic) was completely cracked and nonfunctioning. The pic shows one in another window that is not broken. Thank you. Emilie

I am looking for (5) Window sash locks. I believe the keepers are still intact and usable. The Sash lock appears to have an overall length of 2 7/8" and width of 1 5/16". The holes appear to be 2" apart and 1 from the front. The keeper is 2 5/16" long and 1" wide with 1" hole spacing. Please ad ... (cont.)

I have a sticky patio door. Taking the door out and cleaning all parts and rollers I have discovered I am at the end of my height adjustment. The track does not seem to be worn (measured ends and mid point and all at 0.37"). The bearings in the rollers have very little slop. Ideas for a fix? -Wayne ... (cont.)

Hi I'm looking for replacement balances for my double hung tilt in vinyl windows. Height on the inside of window is 59".

I have a sixth photo that has "truth 30744" stamp on arm too. I need a left and a right for both windows.

an operator -Numbers in black on the back are: OP05-7574-03 11-1-07 82033 also numbers on the medal are OP05-1505 a pin- The numbers are OP051002, Front of Pin appears to be 15/16 at the widest part. The pin inserts into the tract and clips to the arm of the operator.

Replace handle

I have approximately 60 Farley windows that are 20 years old. Double hung, and both sash tilt. They have spiral balances that have never worked smoothly. I wonder if the spiral balances can be replaced with a different balance, such as a channel balance.

I am sure I have the 395 series 1/2 inch channel balances throughout the house. I have 2 windows that show the 22 9 KR on the balances. These 2 windows are somewhat heavier than the others I have previously ordered balances for. The balances are 23" long. Pictures are attached. Do you have a repl ... (cont.)

The metal piece (I think it is called a keeper, broke and now I can't latch the door so it is stays closed. if you see at the picture with the latch and broker keeper, you can see that the the springs are also bent. I need to replace that assembly as I would like to keep the rest of the latch. Pl ... (cont.)

The locking mechanism that is located in the door jam track has broken and I need a new one. In the picture you will see the part unbroken.

These are on both sides of the window. One has a '16' and the other has a '13', but no other markings. I broke one of them but may as well get both replacement parts.

The clip for the other side is broken, the is no marking or # to indicate what size it might be. Thank you

UNTIL I went to close the window all the way.When the 39-239C is not attached it clears the window frame and closes completely on it's own, but when I clip to the 39-536 clips the "SS Encore Awning Operator, Sill Mount" hits the windo ...
