Bay window levers or latched not working

I'd like to repair this sliding glass window lock. The lever is broken.

the latch and striker have a male female positioner

The upper sash will not stay closed, it falls down like dead weight. I've replaced the broken pivot bar/foot but have discovered that the coils coming out of the shoe on both sides of the window is snapped in half. Anderson Casement Windows. This plastic cover is cracked. It is part #7191B-33 as shown in photos. When operated the crank does not work because it relies on the plastic cover for leverage. I have 12 Sunrise windows that need replacement while weep hole covers. The covers have to fit in a 7/8" wide hole and they measure 1/4" tall. Having no luck getting parts from Sunrise who is now MI Windows and Doors.

I see that the roller 81-013 is discontinued, what roller# is a replacement for it.

Home was built in 1994/95 with all caradco windows. The pictured window is a bathroom window that kicks out.
