I have renewal by Andersen windows that were installed in 1999. The short arm - closest to the crank assembly is 2" and the longer arm that connects to the window is 7" Thanks

I manage a window washing company in Chattanooga, TN. We broke a storm window on a job, and can't for the life of us find a replacement for this part anywhere. It attaches to the bottom panel of an old 2-pane storm window to lift it up.

The shoe on the right is missing the metal retention clip. Looking for the missing part, or a new shoe and a video of how to install it.
