My house was built around 1983. Metal frame windows. Vinyl bead is cracked and missing in some windows. Have been unable to locate bead.

Need to find a replacement for this bead. Sits on exterior windows in California. mounts into a u shaped track about 1/2 wide -inside opening is about 7/16". I have about 46 windows that need this (1000 linear feet of it)

I have new channel balancers marked 26 4 ax cmc 11 for a double hung Milgard window, but the nylon clip attached to the window is broken so it can't engage the new channel balance. Is that nylon clip that attaches to the window available?

our windows are from 1984

I'm seeking a replacement for the channel balance in the attached images.

I am trying to replace either the missing shoe or the entire channel balance on a Millard double hung and tilt window. The window won't stay open and the shoe is missing from the right hand channel balance.

the shoe is 1/2" thick, 1 1/4" wide and a little over 2" tall.

Please find enclosed 3 photos of my Glass Patio Storm Door. Pictured are 2 glass doors. To the outside, the Glass Door to the Left is the one im in need of finding the replacement parts for.
