Trying to identify plastic window top guide lock

Milgard window balancer replacement

The string in my Milgard window broke. From my online research the replacement would be a balancer replacement, block and tackle style. On the metal is stamped this information: 26 4 ew cmc 10. We open the window frequently during the summer months so I suspect I should replace both of the balancers ... (cont.)

Milgard slider lock latch handle

Pictured handle has one prong broken off the replacement requires two prongs. The parts I have been able to find have a spacer holding my handle away from the door.
