Greetings, my older Anderson window casement lock (for a window that opens counter clockwise) is no longer catching/pulling in the latch. I was wondering if you could help me replace it. I also noticed the window crank plastic was chipped. Do you stock that as well? Thanks!

There is one on each door mounted on the inside of each door where they meet

Metal channel is 1/2" wide and 27" long. Has markings on it that say 26 4 EW CMC 10

Hello I'm looking for the operator/opener for a Pella 809 casement series. From the interior it's the right side that opens the window like a vertical door from the middle, swinging out to the right. The pics above are of the left side. I need the right side

Greetings. I just received the 50 T-lock balance shoes (part 15-194). They're the right size (part) but unfortunately they will not fit in the channel because of a deep groove at the base. See photos. I also noticed a number stamped near the top --- 28C. What are my options now?

The operator works but the straight piece that attaches to it is rusted away the top hinge does not stay close to the window frame but slides over as the window opens lots of rusty parts so I need all the bits
