Hello, I have these window channels and I can find any info on them online. The only markings on these are on the balancers that are marked 24HD BSI.

Vinyl Line 500 series double hung. 85 Siri balancers. Not exactly sure much more about I'm just looking parts In the guide that the window fits into

Hello, The pics are from an Andersen all wood casement. I need one replacement arm opener set. At the end of the arm is a steel circle that runs inside a 14" track attached to the bottom of window. Hello, I'm hoping to identify replacement operators for these casement windows. The current operators have broken pieces or do not catch when cranking to close so the window stays open about an inch. The three sizes of the windows are: 23" x 63" 22.5" x 44.5" 26.5" x 70.5" Also some of the windows s ... (cont.)

No numembers are on the latch only the name Imperial. Latch is 4" wide by 1 3/4" deep

Double mortise lock is 13/16" wide and 5 7/8" long held in door with handle screws Inner handle mounting holes are 4 15/16" Mounting holes through door are 4 15/16"

It appears that the threads are stripped on this exterior handle. do you sell a replacement?

Need the matching part to the door

I have two Hurd Casement windows and both crank assemblies are stripped. The window frames are wood. I am attempting to remove the crank mechanism from the frame. I've been using an offset screw driver and have successfully removed two screws from the front of the opening but I am not able to access ... (cont.)
