need a new pivot shoe but not sure which to get.

Can you match these parts, if so I need to order a couple of the pivot points and a few of the shoes.

Metal channel is 26 inchesBlue letters 25 5 GV CMC 2Certainteed Vinyl windows installed 2002One is broken, but I better get 2 to be sure.

From what I can gather off of the door itself WO14088FCD or maybe the letter O is a Zero. Not sure of the manufacturer because I can't find this original door online yet.
