My windows have the Swisco 36-015 but I think the hooks are failing to rotate when I close the window. I think the window hits the hooks and stops there. I don't know the installation process for these hooks. Any help you can give me about parts you have for these window hinges and how they install ... (cont.)

I need help finding 4 balances that different than the rest of the house. These balances are etched, 33 3 Caldwell AM The metal channel is 34 inches. All the other windows are 395 balancesPictures attached. The black plastic end is different. Thank you

Looking for replacement

This will open window but not crank it closed. We have ordered from hardware store before but no identifying numbers on bill.

I need replacement pins, which part would I need? The pins it has now are 5 1/4 in long and 5/16 in diameter. Also if I decided I wanted to replace the tracks which type would I need for the top and bottom?
