I need to get two sets of the patio slider wheels pictured. Our client is unsure of the door manufacturer.

Hi I'm trying to identify some window balances. I watched the video online and I hope I got all the angles covered. The sash that needs these weighs about 25.2lbs. I'm looking for a replacement handle for a legacy Thermal sliding door. The photo is for our door that slides to the right. The handle I need is for the door that slides to the left.

Hello I am having a difficult time finding any markings on this to identify what the replacement part is. Am I missing something or is there something else needed in order to identify this part? Thank you for your help!

Hi, you chat rep suggested I send in pics of what Im looking for. I think I have picked out the right replacements, tilt latch pair 26-393B. I could only find them sold in pairs. I need left and right separately. Is it possible to get them in singles? Thank you, Elaine

Length of metal channel: 20.75" Stamp printed on it is 20 0 Unknown manufacturer, modern era home from post 2000. Winged at both ends with roller integrated into lower channel clip. See photos 2 balances needed

1. Both are left windows, 30842R on arm, 20810 on arm extender, 40372 on base, 30830 on gear holder, 45012 on handle. 2. 2 left windows, 1 right. 30744 on arm bottom, 20544 on arm extender, 30710 on gear holder, handles same as other 45012. Thank you!

These 3 pictures are the best I could photograph of the top sash guide. The top measures 7/8”x5/8” the inside channel measures 1/2” wide x 1/2” deep & the bottom is broken off! The house was built in 1988! I hope this is enough information to get the right sash guides! I ... (cont.)

In the upper picture on the left, I broke one of the posts, I do have extra posts that fit this coil balancer will they work in yours?
