We need to figure out what to order in replacing the full triple balance complete set. The numbers on two of them read: 35" 232209 #4.0 35" One of them : #3.0 35" and number is not legible.

Can anyone help me identify this glazing bead. It is so brittle that I am having a hard time to get a piece that shows all sides.

hello, One side of my windo has a broken sash guide. i reviewed your parts and i only see 5/8 inch but mine measures as 3/8 inch (see photof intact guide) and i am concerned it wont fit my window. please advise
