Arms have "Wright" and "07900" stamped on them. Operator body has "7702" stamped on the underside. Window was manufactured by Hurd. Gear is striped on the original.

One side is broken

- 25-3/4 spiral sash balance, 3/8" thick, Blue tip - Sash tilt clips

Please advise me on what part to get

Need left hand (viewed from outside) sash hinges - pretty sure these are 10" 2-bar but want to verify. they say Truth EntryGard on them. Your P/N 36-048? I want to replace both upper and lower. Please confirm... one source says a lipped casement window requires a 4-bar but doesn't look the same as ... (cont.)

Window lock fits through a mortise in the aluminum frame of the slider. Push/pull plastic inserts into the frame of the fixed window.

Need to replace both sides I guess. Seems a few various parts. If you can recommend what I need for both sides. Thanks

These wheels look to be 84-074. I think 84-074B would last longer in my wet location if the 2 are interchangeable.

I have 2 of these doors, I believe they are milgard. One is missing everything inside the mortise cavity. The mounting cradle, the lock and the faceplate. Can you help?John

Metal channel is 10.5" long, 1/2" wide. Stamp is 10 2 BSI RC. I need two of these for a window.
