Customer currently has this but wants ability to lock from outside. Would a 82-086 work ?? Trying to find a keyed unit for pics above. The through screws match the 82-086 Thank you.

Hello! Was so happy to run across your youtube video. what we have is different from that window you showed. Do you have this style part and can you show us how to install? The part that the window locks into will not slide with out window in. Thank you for any help Mark

metal is 1/2" wide x 22" long window. I can not figure out what spring I need. The half thatt moves up and down is 42" wide x 23 tall.

I'm not sure the name of the parts. It has a few cords, a spring or coil looking metal part and a pivot shoe on the bottom where the bar fits into I need the whole system.

The screw the crank operates seems to be stripped, looking for replacment parts. Possible guide bar operator replacemnent.
