Looking at your very helpful sight. I believe I need the 30 series 795. On the back of the balance, it has a stamp IN the metal of 30-1. On your sight, it says 30-A, is this the correct one that I need to order? Thank you

The window will crank open but when you crank to close the handle unscrews and comes off. The handle is stamped as Craftline with a numner 45054 which may be a part number. The manufacturer no longer exists.

I have two windows that won't stay up and it appears the balance coil broke( the plastic piece). Believe I would need four sets (one on each side of the window). Seeing if you guys could perhaps help me figure out which parts I need

We have a double hung old window which needed to have a glass piece replaced. That same sash would not stay open. We disassembled the balances on either side but cannot figure out what they are.
