Both sides can be replaced if necessary. Need to find a replacement lock for my sliding door. Thank you.

We have about 6 double hung windows that have failed -- won't stay up. They were installed about 20 years ago. There's a number on the side--21TG.

This is for a silver line window 9500 series. The part I'm looking to replace the window sash lock on the back of it has the numbers 8590 on it I am looking for both the left and the right I need this for multiple windows. Can you assist in identifying the proper part to order

This is to a screen door. It is the part that goes through the square hole to make the latch retract from the handle. I actually have an order in order number 3179193. Could you add this part to that order?

I need to identify the spring part #. The sash weighs 13 lbs. and the spring is 1/2 inch width.

This is the runner of an old sliding door that used to go to a patio and now goes to an extension room ok the house, so interior. There are to of them, single roller each. I've tried finding parts at all of the box stores, but nothing seems to be the right one. please help.

The original part is stamped 32-5. Any way to figure out the correct replacement? The metal portion of the balance appears to be 33" long. The closest picture on your website appears to be the Series 395

I'm trying to find these balancers for a vinyl window, unknown make. I attached pictures of the spring loaded balancer and a sticker on the top of the frame.
