I have some broken channel balances on Builder's First Choice windows. The labels say 27-4 and 27-3 on them. One came from a 46" window and the other from a 35" window. Hi, I ordered a set of '10 lb Series 140 Quick-Tilt, SingleS140-10' and installed them. My window is struggling to open and it sort of tilts from side to side on the way up and down.
