Crank mechanism failed. Secured by two screws, mounted in the bottom of the frame. Installed photos are the right side, left side operator is the bad one.

I'm looking for a replacement patio sliding glass door wheel assembly. I have no information about the door manufacturer or installation date (home built in 1960s). Hello one bracket/holder is broken and the spring are not pulling the window back up. The window basically free falls. Please advise.

I broke my patio door handle

I am looking for the parts to fix my Wenco window. It is about 2.125" long, 1.25" wide, and 9/16" thick. There are no part numbers or markings on the part. The zinc piece that the pin drops into is about 0.625" in diameter and 9/16" thick.

Casement crank for what I believe to be WeatherShield windows approximately ten years old.

The 385 and 385 look close, but neither is exact. Can you tell me which I need?

I'm looking to see what replacement would be best for this handle. The bottom of the handle where it secures to the screw snapped off.

the crank is described as brushed chrome folld-away handle. new or used is OK. The inner threads have been worn out so it now longer "cranks". The window operator parts have been discontinued by Loewen.. Windows installed 20 years ago. Would accept a replacement even if not a "perfect" style match ... (cont.)
