My window mechanism is stripped and in need of repair. Part label is 31850. The window opens to the right.

The depth of the channel is 1/4". The width of the channel is 5/8". As cut, the width of the strip is 13/16". The overall door height is 93 1/2" to 94"

Hi I'm trying to identify some window balances. I watched the video online and I hope I got all the angles covered. The sash that needs these weighs about 25.2lbs.
