looking for a few sets of these balancers and pivot pins. The pivot pin in the picture are good. the other side is broke. There are 2 coils in the balaner. It has a T shape on the end of the coil. I looked on your website but did not see similar items. Thanks for any help.

When I want to tilt the window out to clean it or remove the screen, I push the slider, a tab comes out of the spiral balance channel and allows the window to tilt inwards toward me.

Piece is screwed into side frame at the top of the channel

This window Pivot lock shoe needs to be replaced but we do not know the name brand of the window as there is no sticker

It says Truth on it. it has the #11182002 0305

Had a piece rust off that allowed window to slide. Need to see if I can replace this

Hi, I would like to see if there's any similar lock of this kind for my sliding doors. The door says guardian but all I can find about it are internal lock mechanism I can't use, it has to be an external one like the one in the photo. Thanks for your help.

Most of our window screen plunger pins are not functioning. They seem to be frozen. The pins will not pull back or push forward. I tried spraying lubricant in the screen hole. The screens are about 15 years old but in good condition other than the plunger pins. How can you remove broken plunger pin ... (cont.)

Hi. yours was the only company that came up when I tried to search for this model number. This 6' sliding door is about 20 years old and the hardware doesn't lock. I'd like to get new hardware. Thanks, Michael

I have a problem at the moment of closing the window almost at the end of the closing proses and set the lock position inside. To be able to close the window, we have to push window from outside and then lock the window.
