Old aluminum awning style windows

The spring balancer needs to be replaced. I have 4, so i would like 4 replacements if possible. The balancer is from a 2660 single hung window. The metal channel itself is 27" long. The plastic parts add additional length. The only markings are stampings that read "2630 HH B.S.T." ... (cont.)

I need this Block and Tackle window balance 21 inch

Tilt Window pivot bar that screws in on bottom and side of window. The windows are double hung vinyl, almost 20 years old and were manufactured by Coastal Industries, Inc. when the home was built.

My sash pivot bar broke while I was removing the window. The back half of his bar is stuck inside the vinyl window and does not want to come out. the photos only show the part of bar that broke off.
