Looking for a window pivot bar for my NEWPRO vinyl double hung wi Dow that tilt in for cleaning. I'm attaching 2 pics. One shows a good pivot metal bar and the 2nd shows one where the pivot bar that sticks out if the window is missing as it broke off.

I am looking to replace this casement Window operator. It has a single split arm. The outermost screws used to affix it to the window sill are 4.25 inches apart. There are no identifiable numbers on part or anywhweee on windows. We think the windows are Louisiana Pacific, circa 93-95. Measurements are 2 1/4 inches tall, 1 1/8 inch wide

Can you help me identify this balance? It looks like a quadruple Series 230 constant force balance. On your website, I only see it go up to a double. I need two sets of the 14-in awning hinges and 2 ea. Of the same era crank assemblies ( 2002ish window manufacturer date)

One of my customer's brought me this piece of vinyl "trim" that his wood front door shuts against. The 5/16" & 1/8" leg go into a slot & the face of the door (not the spine) shuts against the 7/8" base. Do you have anything like this or something that would replace it?TIA ... (cont.)
