Hello, our crank window broke and we can't identify the parts online for purchase. It connects the crank to the window (2 plastic pieces).

I have a Milgard single/double-hung window with SO# 178719, Line 005. The balancer is broken on both sides so the window does not stay open and does not move cleanly within the track.

It looks like Roto Dual 39 341 and 39 342 will fit my windows. There is also a 7 inch hinge on top and bottom of windows. Can you give the part numbers for these hinges? Thank you Rich

I need four of these

We are looking for a replacement awning window lock for a school. The school was constructed in the mid 1990's but has had multiple renovations since so we are not sure whether the window is original or was added later. No brand identifiers on the window, unfortunately.

The upper part of this horizontal casemant window has a gap even after completely closing the lower part. I’m not sure if the side hinges need to be replaced or if there’s something else that needs to be done. Any suggestions would be greatly appreciated.

We are looking for this handle. There is also a rod with pins on the edge of the door as well wondering if that is available as well. Thanks
