need to identify part and order two each.

Looking for left and right casement window crank assembly as shown in photo.

I was able to find a tandem double lock on your website but I can't find a triple lock. Number 1361899 appears on the existing lock. I very much appreciate your assistance. Dennis

I have ordered Swisco Pivot lock shoe part no 15-212 and the round pivot insert is not thick enough to properly engage the metal bars at the bottom of my windows. These came out of a metal frame sliding glass door of a 1970 condo. The letters on the plastic wheel are something like "Kilian" and "Syraousemy"

On the part itself is stamped B.S.I. 24xHD I have 6 windows where all lower sash mechanisms are broken. Do you have that replacement part and can it be replaced without major surgery? Thanks

This a photo from one side of one myAnderson windows in the garage. I have 2 windows and they both need replacement. House was built in the late 80's-early 90's. What part will I need, I assume 24-13R. I will need 4. Does 24-13R work on either side
