My Sash Tilt Pin or Pivot Pin broke when I opened my window to clean the outside of it. i am looking for a replacement part. The Windows were manufactured by Builders Prime back in 2004.

Replacement cranks needed 1 right crank out & 1 left crank out. We have taken out the right one and it has 40051 on it. I do not know if the other one has a different #

Hi - these are the markings R30842 Truth also Entry Guard 20810 House was built in 1988. We have all Marvin windows but I don't see any evidence of that on this bay window. I watched your video and think I can figure this out (maybe will help!)

I need new roller for my sliding door

This sits at the top corner of a vertically sliding window. You push the middle to adjust in and out. Centers the window. One is one each corner.
