Hello, I am looking to replace a few window springs in my house as some of the plastic attachment points have deteriorated with age and have caused the springs to fail. The latch has broken on my double hung Pella window. The window dates from the late 1980s. It appears to be a lock and strike similar to the Obmw series. The screws are spaced 1- 3/8" apart. Can you help me find a replacement? Thank you, Mary

These are pictures of the balance and I have the Alenco window. The balance has a 27C stamped on it and the metal part of the balance is 28 inches long. I need a lot of them. Do they come by the case or individual?Robert

I would like to replace these handles, the outdoor handle is pulling through the bolt that is securing it to the door and pulls away from the door when you open the door.
