28"C USB markings. Needs to have a flat shoe facing the window channel. 385 was to bulbous and would not allow the window to seat in the bottom track in order to lock. Pictures on website are not clear as to amount of width of shoe. Please review and advise as to correct model.

i am converting constant force balances to block and tackle balances. The frame is not prepped to accept a balance screw plug. Is there a apert or a work around for that application? Thanks in advance....Greg

I need several replacement "posts" for vinyl double hung tilt sash windows. The pictures show the vertical tilt window pivot shoe and the broken (pot metal) post/tab/cam from several angles. Channel Balance, Series 380 looks like what i'm replacing, but the Balance is stamped with the #2990 on it. Your list of Sash Wt. ratings doesn't go that high so which # would you suggest?
