Don't know which balances I need. There are numbers on each one. I have some with a number of 1820, some with #3010 and ones with #2830 on the metal itself. How do I order them? Can these #'s determine what I need? I have an older house and I don't know the make of these windows. Please help! Thank ... (cont.)

I can't find a replacement for this compression seal. The diameter of the rounded tab is about the size of an eraser. No one makes anything that comes close. Do you have any suggestions?

Window installer called it boot but maybe it is a shoe? It's the thing on inside of frame that allows window to go up/down and perhaps valances the window.

I ordered part 82-040 to replace a broken lock like the one in the photos, but the back of the part I ordered is flat. If you look at the photo of the side, you can see it is notched out at the bottom to accommodate the metal bottom of the door. Do you have a part with the notch in the back? ... (cont.)

I am unable to determine what brand or or replacement channel to purchase. The windows are single hung metal lighted windows. From a building built in 1968. The stamp on this particular balance appears to be 711. It is 17" long by 1/2" wide by 5/8" depth. Please help. Thank you

I have two sizes of window balances. 11" and 24".

I have a broken channel balance with the side stamped with " 23 5 KO Caldwell". The total length of the part, including the end plastic clips, is 25". The metal part alone measures slightly less than 24". Can I order this part?

I have attached photos of the balancer that are needed. The metal channel has a marking on it which is 2420, and there also appears to be a small " v" next to it. If you could please tell me which series these are. I am going to need 14 of them. Thanks,Dan
