could you tell what this lock is called. There is one at the top and bottom of each of the doors that are on our balconies. This sits inside of the door, almost as if the door was built with it.

The locking arm of the latch is broken.

Hello all, I'd like to replace the door handle for my deck sliding glass door because it has become loose over time. It's really just the handle part (see photo 0638). Notice that the hole where the screw goes in (see red arrows on pictures) is really worn out. I don't see any brand names or numbers ... (cont.)

I need a lockable slider door handle (White) that has the mounting screws 4" apart (Handle is 7-1/2" in length. I ordered model # 82-081 (White) that looks just like my handle but is too small and I can not mount it..?? Thanks in advance..!!

Hello, I have 2 windows that require replacement channel balances. The current ones have damaged parts. Both are PGT "Non-Tilt Windows" with "1/2 inch wide" balances. The larger one is 41 inches long and reads "40 5 JS Caldwell". The smaller one is 24 inches long and reads "23 9 B.S.I. MC". The at ... (cont.)

Door locking mechanism broke. Not the handle or the price you switch to lock the door. Just the inside price that locks the door. It doesn't drop down enough to latch . We need the 95-206. The screens that we do only use that type on the top and we use the ones in the photo on the bottom. Is there a special corner that is used?
