I have a milgard window that has a broken part. The specifications are 11 5/8" channel balance, 9/16" depth and width, "11 9" imprint, non-tilt. I was replacing window channel balances this weekend and found one of my windows had broken plastic corners. These corners are what the channel balance clip into at the top of the window. MW-1 manufacturer code for windowsI need to replace all the hardware and it's components. Can you recommend the correct parts. I'm not sure of all the proper names... balance and shoes??! These windows have been in for 20 years. They are rusting and plastic parts are breaking.

As several of these parts are broken, I would like to replace them. I don't know what they are called; there are no numbers or markings on the window or the hardware. I also do not know how to remove these parts. I would appreciate any help you can provide. Susan

One door is missing the strike plate. These are Reliabilt by Atrium doors. None of the hardware stores have the same hardware. Only marking on the door is ALI ADW-8 ASTM 2190.

My channel balance reads 26 5 HW CMC 7. Not sure which stamp I need to get if any. I?m guessing it?s the 2650 but the space between the 26 and 5 is confusing me. Please help, thank you.
