I purchased my viking windows through home Depot in 2004 2 of the locks have broke. I'm sending photos of all the information I still have.

Going by the pix posted not clear on measurement. Balance stamp says 31-1 A. Actual size without including top clip screw on post to bottom of channel is 32 1/2", without bottom guide. Window is by Silverline. Single hung, fixed top sash. Fibermix in lieu of vinyl composition.

I purchased the 15-120 pivot shoe but it was too thick and too wide to fit into the opening of the existing shoe. I'd prefer locking if available. It wasn't off by a lot but it was enough that even if i got it into the channel i doubt it would of moved at all.

I need help in getting the right parts for broken window pivots. No markings on part.

Trying to find the replacement for my window channel balance. The channel balance says 14 4 CS Caldwell - 20 years old. It is for dual hung bathroom window. The sash size is around 18x21 inch. on one old balance found in attic stamp said 35DS IMP 55L RS the IMP is imprinted vertically and RS letter on end are much smaller. @ windows are very heavy one probobly between 50 and 60 LBS

I have a patio sliding door that is stuck in the closed position. The latch lever is in the locked position and cannot be moved. I am trying to remove the door handle.
