During hurrucane Florence our left side ROW (about 18" x 32") casement leaked. Our right side did not. On inspection today we found the "hook" was broken on left casement. Pics attached.This is the part U need. 27 1/2" x 1 1/4" x 5/16" How to get replacement? Thanks.

Hi, my door handle is broke and I believe your 82-081 will fit except the description says it?s for doors up to 1-3/8. My door measures closer to 1-1/2 than 1-3/8. I don?t know what to do. Can you help?

I looked at the one you have but the two lower holes were not 1 1/8" it more like 1 1/2" apart. I hope the pictures will help. Notice the 1st picture had numbers not sure if you can cross reference these numbers.

The lock on one of our patio doors is no longer working and the exterior handle is broken. The door was installed during construction by Champion Windows of Houston. The Corner Number 95-020 looks just like the Original, but your's is 2 an 13/16 in. / mine is 2 an 15/16 in. The other dimension is 2 an 3/4 in, the same Roller number 84-016 looks the same, but ours is mettle not nylon. Hope this is enough information ! Richard
