I bought some Millard channel balances from you in the past, and I'm thinking they weren't the right size. I broke one trying to put it back in place and then used an original one and noticed the spring lengths are different. I've uploaded pictures of the originals, the ones I bought are 3250 (ax, ... Seeing if I can find this hardware which looks like on a casement window probably installed in the 1990s. Could be Marvin Windows. On the crank it does say "Wright". I am wondering how to replace these springs that are housed inside the window under a plastic casing. There are two per windows to assist opening the windows.

I have a Kohler window that has this part that is broken on both the left and right sides. There is one hole on each side of this part to attach it to the window. I am confused because most people on here seem to have sweeps that push in. Unless I removed my sweep improperly. I just used pliers to slide straight out. Hi, I have a broken channel balance. The length of the metal channel is 32-9/16". I believe the model number is your 380. Would a 32" or a 33" work? Or do I need a custom balance channel? The channel is stamped 32 5 9sideways BSI0 EP Thanks.

I have a friend with a 48? X 78? sliding screen patio door that is missing 3 adjustment screws, the 4th doesn?t seem to do anything and is binding and warping because the wheels are all slightly dysfunctional. Can you recognize these and suggest replacements and how to swap.
