One of the four coil balances snapped for my Certainteed Bedroom window. Each side of my window has two coil springs. I've attach a photo of the two coil springs. I have older windows that have the discontinued part #532011 for a pivot bar. It looks like these have now been replaced by a newer version. We have 4 casement windows installed as Viwinco in August 2007, thus Certainteed windows? window size 35.5000x59.5000; Sash 33.6250 x57.6250. This is what the bottom of the window sash looks like. It is supposed to have two of these nylon roller assemblies, but it only has one.
