I have a window that will not stay in the up position the metal spring that helps support the window is no longer attached to the show. There is a screw that screws into a piece of plastic that holds that spring in place and the screw and plastic wedge has broken off. Do you have a replacement. I at ... (cont.)

this part has two magnets and this part is used to open and close internal window blinds on my Jeld-wen sliding doors. The plastic part says Novatech Discretion.

Looking for a door handle for a sliding glass door that broke. This is the only information we could locate. The door handle itself is black in color. It's glued back on now with a welding type glue but it won't last. Do you have any replacement for this?
