This crank opens and closes my window fine until about the halfway mark, where it turns uselessly and doesn?t seem to get any traction. What part do I need to fix this? Thanks, Courtney

The part on the handle is 48051. As you can see from the picture, it is a left handed Window lock/unlock. Thank you for your recommendations, so that I will be able to find a handyman. Hello. I have a vinyl sliding glass door with tandem rollers that look like your part number 81-156. The only difference is my rollers are 1.5" OD and yours are 1.25" OD. Will this be a problem?Thanks.Ken H.

This hardware was installed in 1975, it has 6 holes in the door for two screws on each latch and then the initial turn bars for the lock and for the handle.

Metal part is 25 inches. Brand is Caldwell 24 5 CN need two pieces Let me know if you need any other info
