I had windows intalled about 21 years ago and every window has latches broken. I ordered part number 26-243. Fits somewhat but won't set in. Has to be flat on the bottom. Hope u have this part. Thank you, John

I'm trying to replace rollers for this door, see the pictures for references, the outer housing seems to still be in the door, its stuck in the slide in rail, likely by a screw from the top but the rail was stuck and we coudldn't remove it, it also had a screw to the door frame above the adjustment ... This appears in the track of some old sliding windows. Its approx 0.629" tall, 0.726" wide at the base, 0.445" at the top. Hard plastic. The wooden windows slide on the top of this part.

I have one that is broken. The photos are of the working window hardware.

Product code: 82-087 in Brass, was purchased as a replacement to a former handleset that was experiencing issues where the key would get stuck in the door after being locked and would not come out. Upon installing the new 82-087, the same issue is occuring where the key gets stuck after being locked ... (cont.)

From what I've found I have FERCO brand windows, the arm that attaches to the window frame is 71/2" and the sliding arm is 7". I also need the opening mechanism as the housing is cracked.

Attached is the Pictures of the current window crank which is not opening or closing at this point. We ordered what we thought was the crank, but they were wrong. I am returning them but hopefully you can assist. We will need 5 RH and 5 LH

I am looking for 92 of the plastic corners that fit into the aluminum frame rails that hold together my window screen frames. The windows are Cresant windows and the house was built in 2005.

I need a left and a right crank for these windows

Bottom adjustable roller sets, one on each corner, total 2 needed for left and right. Sliding door is wood framed, no visible ID.

There are no numbers on the existing balances. They are both installed correctly but neither of them move with the window
