The window cranks open, but the gears slip when trying to crank it closed. The hinge is located on the right. I measured the 'arm' it is 11.5 inches. The Part number on Handle is b 45054, the number on the'arm' 94c493.

the keeper measures 11/16 inches wide and 2 5/8 inches long. The door is on a townhouse we just bought and it was supposed to be fixed but we overlooked it in the walk thru, so i am fixing it myself. I took a picture of the door to show the hook that engages the keeper. thanks.

Hi I have owned a double wide for 22 years that have carefree windows need a few balances. How do I go about ordering right ones. What do I need to measure? Also have a few broken shoes. So that also what do I measure?

Am looking for window balances and from what i can find i believe they are ply gem windows.

I've purchased replacement tension rods however they came without the plastic pieces at either end. The recommended pieces that I ordered from another company don't work with my window. Customer is a retired builder / general contractor who build the building in pic. Anyway Andersen casements still going strong but Weatherstrip needs replacement. according to his records they are C34 & C24 windows.

I need to replace one of my no tilt SH channel balance. The string broke and the inside parts appear bent and damaged. It is 29 1/2 ? balance. With shoes attached already if possible.
