Hello, We need to replace, what I think is called the operator, on a Hurd casement window. The right side looking out will crank out, but won't crank in. have 5 windows with 23" long balancers and 16 windows with 18.5" balancers can you id them and are the replacements available ?? the first 2 pictures are the top,the next 3 are the bottom the plastic is 1" wide thanks MIke

It seems to be an unusual channel balance. It's marked with a 22 and a 4 as well as BSI. The hook that inserts into the channel looks different than others and I haven't found anything similar. I haven't been able to get a match yet. Do you know a suitable replacement?

We need to replace this lock on our aluminum window. The entire thing measures 2 and 7/8 inches and from center of screw hole to center of screw hole is 2 and 1/4 inches.

The handle to let the casement window open and lock, now goes in too far when closed or locked. There are no names or numbers on the bar, nor on the window. I purchased the window about 15 years ago at Lowe's or Home Depot..It is about 2 5/8 inches long with three screw holes.James K

Can you help me identify this brass atrium door lock. The latch on the handle is not working but the door still locks. I believe the entire part needs replacing. It looks like the Anderson #82-400 but there is no brand name on the parts that are showing.Thank you,Suzy
