Hi, I need help identifying the correct Channel balance. I live close to your company, but channel balance is needed for my house in Florida.

Wanting to add a keyed lock to my door. What do I need?

Is there a way to change the handle to where you can lock it with a key. We have elderly and a ramp system to help them get into the house from the deck I think my door model is SDG

Hello,There is a plastic piece at the top of the side of the sash, that holds down the balance when the window is lowered. That piece is broken: so the balanceon that side just pops thru when the window is lowered.I'd like to get a replacement piece. Thank you!

I purchased the Keller window crank, 39-060.The 3 mounting screws are OK but the original oprerator has a bushing instead of a flat arm and also has a plastic sleeve over it. I would like to know if you have the exact part or I should purchase something different.

I can not find window name attached pictures of what I need the window balacer. It is 3./8 wide. Tip to tip 28in. The top plastic is the broken part I need for 4 windows both sides

These are plastic retainers that screw in around the edge of the screen window and hold it in place.

These coils are 1/2 inch wide. 6 lb. Double sash windows.

Window crank will open window but not close it.

This looks very much like the Pan Am/ Daryl window crank (39-016) on your website, and the outer dimensions and distances between holes for the mounting screws are fine as shown in the first photo. However, the distance between the center holes in the arm that attaches to the window are 2 3/4 inc ... (cont.)

Where can I find this hardware? I contacted the company that manufactured the windows and they said they sell their windows to Lowes and try there. Lowe's does not carry this type of hardware. I believe they were installed when the house was built in 1990. There are no numbers or markings on the har ... (cont.)
