I have a Two windows that need all four coil balancers replaced. You have most of the individual parts, but one of them is discontinued. Wondering if there is a all-in-one or universal coil balancer that could fit my window. 6 pound one and a quarter inch wide

This hinge is broken and the window will not close properly. This is a tiny piece that appears to be part of the Entry Gard Truth hinge assembly. How do you adjust 84-074B? It seems if the 2 mounting screws are tight, then the adjusting screw does nothing. Does this mechanism require loosening the 2 mounting screws while turning the adjusting screw counter-clockwise? Please send me printed directions.
