We have a problem with closing the window. When closing the handle scrolls.

Hi, I'm trying to replace the spiral balance pivot lock shoes on 2 of my windows. What parts do I need?

I purchased a house on Oahu, HI several years ago. Built 1994 (assume windows are original). I think the windows are Andersen? Both window balances are missing, so I do not have a picture of what I need.

Could you identify the part that will fit in the door?

Hello, I am looking to replace this window crank. The photos attached include the broken crank along with a matching one that's still intact. The only marking I was able to find was OP06-1526 6 inside the crank.

Need to id correct partAlso need help in removing and installing new part

I've installed others before that measure 39 inches but this one is just shy of 27.

It's seems to be a 23" spiral balance. 5/8 diameter. White tip. The end of the spiral seems to be damaged. No shoe or bracket anywhere in the window frame nor near window.

The only stamping is "27D" and "BSL." I don't have a photo of the mechanism installed in the window. If you need it I can disassemble another window and get a picture.
