These are very old sash windows. Buliding is 100 years old. The window sashes and frames are all steel. Need replacement sweep lock. Hole spacing appears to be ~ 2-9/16in on center and ~ 9/16in set back. Once I identify the replacement I will buy several, to have on hand! Thanks! ... (cont.)

We have over twenty year old windows and want update the gasket and weather trim. We also need to replace the window weight and spring in three windows. They are all Simonton windows.

Hello - no identifying parts or numbers I'm afraid.

I measured the channel at 23 3/8" with out the shoe. The stamp says 23 4 ISF VN. Don't know when or what the manufacturer is. Just need one. The sash weighs about 17 lbs. just need one side.
