How long is the shaft on the handle of the 049 ? I have a 1.5 thick door and that shaft length looks like the limiting factor as to making the set work.

It looks like your Product Code: 39-172 is similar to what I'm looking for. Except for where your part measures 5", the part I have measures 4", marked as part B in my photos. Do you have one that measures 4"? Thanks for the help.

Our window won't open easily and think this is the culprit. The window is 58 and 3/4 and the circumference of that white tube is 5/8ths Thank you! Susan.

This is a metal enclosed spring and string that creates tension and holes window up

The only markings I could see are a "CU" followed by a sort of arrow symbol. There is an "A" and "B" on the left and right (respectively) base or mounting plates. The linkage seems to be fine, but both of the crank housings are cracked so the gears are no longer connecting.

Do you have this part and how long would it take to get it

Hello- I am repairing screens and the corners are in bad shape. Can you help me identify which parts for these two screen corners? Many years ago (30 years or so, because they were installed prior to our ownership) the double sash windows were retrofitted. The sash ropes were removed and a plastic channel was installed in the window frame. The metal pivot pins are "hammered" into the sides of the sash and travel in the channel. ... (cont.)

Heavy 4 foot wide sliding glass patio door, need new rollers and the weather stripping that fits into channel. Existing rollers are nylon wheels 1 1/4" diameter, width of housing 9/16", height of housing 1 1/8", installation holes 5 3/4". Thanks!

A sash lock has broken, upper sash will not stay properly closed.i have looked at hundreds of sash locks online .... none of them this one! It is heavily recessed into the wood of the sash, so ... This look like a variant of 84-223 or 83-034, but it's hard to tell if either would work (other than the screws are 3.5" apart, which matches).
