The hole in the link is 3/8 in. The number 72 is stamped into the link. The number 91 is stamped into the rivet that holds the link. The inside bottom of the case is stamped with the number 31.

I have a house with Mavin Windows (built 1996) and am looking for replacement screen corners and plunger pins. I believe the closest plunger pin is your part number 70-009. The locking knob for my 26 year old old Anderson sliding window came off an is now lost. Pictured are the window with the working lock that turns to lock, and the window with the exposed inner locking mechanism and no turn handle.
