I have pictures but the Add Photo button is not working. The roller is quite similar to 84-151 but is 5/8' wide and has a metal wheel.

Image 1 is the broken coil balance. It's a dual coil balance. The detent clip is 3/4 inches wide and 3 inches long. The coil spring is 1/2 inch wide. The sash is 8 lbs. This is from a commercial apartment building, approximately 11 years old. Vinyl windows, but can't find a brand name. Right and left sides appear to be the same. Any idea or else an alternate part number?

Hi,I have a Steel front door that was installed on my house in 1975. I have been trying to get a magnetic seal (weather strip) to replace the one on the door. There is no kerf slot for this. I need one that I can nail on.Please help if you can !!Joseph

Attached are pictures of a clip at the top of a single-hung non-tilting window that engages the balances; I have two windows that each have a broken clip. Is this something you can provide? Thanks. -Joseph

This a casement window. The side hinge has the part HG04-2006. The part in the picture is showing the center hinge - two scissor hinges meet in this connector (which is broken - if unbroken you would see black plastic/rubber surrounding the piece where the 2 hinges meet.
