21", one set has rivet set 3/4" from the top. The second set has rivet set 1 1/4" from the top. These have markings (respectively) 21D and 21C and are from Pacesetter double hung windows with tilt out. Thanks,Pam

I went to the hardware store and tried to buy a replacement hook lock for the door pictured and it is too big. What would be an adequate replacement. The broken hook lock fell into the door. Thanks see attached photos

Coils are 1//2" wide with a single screw mount & slightly curved edge where mounted, with 427 stamped on each coil. The coils look like your S190. I have 2 red tip spiral balances on each side of the window (4 total) Can I replace these with one black tip on each side?

The first two photos have 1361356 WH & US Pat.DES360.357 & 1361358 ST under the crank. The last three photos have US PAT. 4,083,264 & CAN. PAT.1979 & 45012 under the crank. I do not know the make of window as they were installed long before I moved in. The bore seems to be about 3/8 inch and the number on the handles is 7191 - 8 The color is bronze
