We have certainteed double hung vinyl clad window where the bottom one won't stay up. When we tilt out the window we see a metal coil down again the frame. Where was that originally attached? Thank you John

We have a storm door that does not have a lock. Works fine, but there are times when it would be nice to have a keyed lock. Is there a retrofit lock available? The number on the door is 08029696020 5. It says it's a registration number. Thanks

Hi I need a total of 14 window balance sets I have 9 that are 34 in Long and have a number on it that says 3340 and has a sideways marking that says tsf. it is weird though because some of the same size ones have the same number but have a u at the back end of it says 3340U tsf. Attached are photos of an Anderson 7073B R operator and 7047R latch. Appears the consensus is to use the Swisco 39-365/6 to replace the operator. Suggestions reg. the latch please? Needs to be in white finish ideally. Thank you.

Hi, I'm looking for the piece that allows the bottom panel of a guillotine window to slide up and down in its track, as well as pivot opened. I'm looking for a replacement for this type of top pivot bracket. For what it's worth, I've already tried bracket #21-205 and it was slightly too big to fit the track.

Looking for instructions on how to remove this model patio door. The current youtube how-to video on this website shows a different model patio door with a holding bracket for the stationary door. The attached photos include the PGT series part number and a photo with dimensions for the installed weather stripping. The windows were installed 11yr ago and the weather stripping in the photo is the original weather stripping installed in the windows. Thank you, Diane

These are MI windows and they gave me your name. The balancer is covered by the bronze aluminum channel. They are 22" long on tilt windows.
